Tomer Algrably / Flag Quiz

Privacy Policy

Applies to Flag Quiz (web, Android and iOS). Effective 4 November 2026.

The short version

Flag Quiz does not collect, store or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking. Your progress is saved only on your own device.

What is stored on your device

To make the game work, Flag Quiz keeps the following on your device only:

This information never leaves your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. In the web version it lives in your browser's local storage; in the Android and iOS apps it lives in the app's private storage. Uninstalling the app, or clearing the site's data in your browser, deletes it permanently.

Network access

The Android and iOS apps bundle everything they need (flags, map data, text) and make no network requests. The web version at flags.tomerep.com is served by Vercel; like any web host, Vercel may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs to deliver the page and protect the service. We do not add any analytics or tracking on top of this. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Permissions

The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.

Sharing your results

When you choose to share a Daily Challenge result, the app hands a short text (an emoji grid and a link) to your device's share sheet or clipboard. Nothing is shared unless you choose to, and we don't see it when you do.

Children

Flag Quiz is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.

Changes

If a future version ever changes what is collected (for example, an optional online leaderboard), this policy will be updated before that version is released, with the effective date above.
